Attorney licensed to practice in Panama and Mexico, with over 20 years of professional experience in corporate, civil, commercial, real estate, and financial law.
He currently leads the firm Rivera de la Torre, Abogados.
He has worked at Rubio, Álvarez, Solís & Ábrego (Panama), Bingham McCutchen LLP (Los Angeles, USA), and Bryan González Vargas & González Baz, S.C. (Tijuana, Mexico), and served as Legal and Finance Manager at Grupo Televisa, S.A.B. (Mexico City), participating in mergers, acquisitions, securities issuance, and SEC filings.
He has advised projects in the corporate, banking, securities, fiduciary, real estate, and media sectors, including the drafting and negotiation of complex contracts, trusts, syndicated loans, and international purchase agreements.
